Yep. Stressing out over preparing my family for a few days away with my siblings, my honorary sibling and all of our kids. YIKES!
I hate to pack for myself, but to pack for the kids, especially the baby totally shuts me down. I'm gonna txt Chris to reassure me that it'll be ok, cuz I'm feeling full anxiety attack coming on... yuck. Like having to print out photo cards on Christmas Eve.
I can feel my heart racing. Instead of starting to rush around like a chicken, I'm gonna shut down and do nothing. Neither of those is ideal. Now look who has no coping skills.
