I did it! Finally got a chance to put up that "Donate" button that Mert suggested ages ago.
Now, you really won't get a "prom" ticket, but you'll know that you are making a donation, through me, to AAI for their staff scholarship program. And I'm so thankful in advance.
The button is over on the right if you are feeling the need to share some $ with Ethiopia!
Now I guess that I should finish up my prom attire story and tell you what Ivy and I are going to wear. But, again, you'll have to wait. Sometimes work gets in the way of blogging unfortunately. And so does last minute prom planning!
Now, if you have no idea what I'm talking about, please check out my posts from 2/24, 2/27, and 3/14.

I have been waiting for new checks to arrive to buy my prom tickets. I just found out yesterday that the order was screwed up and that our bank has to resubmit it. So I was going to donate online, but it wouldn't let me change the quantity (we're all coming in spirit, ya know!) So rather than enter everything 5 times, I'll just wait for my checks to come and then send one your way. I just wanted you to know that I haven't forgotten and I think this is SO cool. I really wish I could be there, but I am having to be good since we need a new roof this summer )-:

karianne, if it's possible for you to make it so we can enter the quantity, that would be really, really great!
Hey guys, I just went to the paypal site and changed it so that there isn't a set dollar amount that can be donated, because I couldn't change that amount of tickets ordered. Anything that you would like to contribute will be much appreciated by all involved, especially the Ethiopian staff!
Hooray! Cool! I am going to donate for sure! :D
IF you have time later... I tagged you for a music meme. :D
