acne treatment

For the first time in my life since my early teens, I think that I need a consistent acne treatment. With all of these hormones bouncing up and down now I wake up every few days to find an eruption. It always shocks me too. I look in the mirror and think, "what the hell?" and then I remember the turmoil my body is in. My skin is just telling me a story.
