liver cleanse

When I was in massage school, we had a therapist that knew how to do a liver cleanse by a technique that she called "milking the liver". I never had her work on my liver because the whole thing kind of freaked me out. I'll bet you that my liver toxins are so bad now that I'd get really sick if I had my liver milked. That just sounds gross.
