popup blocker

For the longest time at work, my sister couldn't figure out what in the heck was wrong with her computer. She just couldn't understand why it was acting up the way that it did. Unbeknownst to her, someone had changed the settings on the popup blocker. It took a while before she had someone fess up. And, if you are wondering, it wasnt' me!
