Support Group

You guys are amazing. My last post was one that I needed to write, but I was nervous about putting out the details. I think that I had mentioned my meds before, but not really why I need them like I do. Even when I read through my post again, I get scared at the symptoms. It is scary to admit that you need help like that.

But you guys just made me feel so much better about it all. Like it is all ok.

We had a great Easter weekend, the very first with our son. We made him wear his bunny suit again, much to the chagrin of my siblings who called us child abusers and also called him Ralphie from the Christmas Story, but not while he was around. I'll be posting some more pics soon. It was neat because my sis and I live less than a block away from each other, so she hosted the food, while I hosted the hunt. And with all of the guests, the talk was about prom for next weekend. I even found out about 3 more groups that are coming in from out of town. We are all so excited.

We had 2 birthday parties to go to yesterday which were very fun. The weather has been phenomenal, along with rain showers in the pm. which I absolutely love.

There was some drama today with the MIL, but I kept my cool and it all worked out just fine. Better than I could have hoped for, so I was thanking my lucky stars that I kept my mouth shut and didn't end up looking the fool. And at least she is consistent.

Happy Easter and thanks again.

Glad you are back to normal : ) So happy you had a wonderful Easter with your family. I would have called him Ralphie too (but not to his face) Good photos to hold over him later or ones he can show his therapist LOL HAPPY EASTER!

Often when someone is trying to work something out, I find it is just better to listen.

Unfortunately, without posting, you may not know that someone is listening.

So for what it's worth, even though you do not see my "ear," I am "listening."

Happy Belated Easter hun :) :)

So glad you are feeling like yourself again. It must have been a horrid experience for you and your husband. I can't imagine how you must have been feeling.

So sorry I didn't respond to your previous post. I read it a number of times, thinking of you often!
