Subject: Happy New Year Gift From Us (Or, Mommy didn't type this before Christmas!)
Who is that little guy that is awake when all of his buds are sleeping? Why, it's Bec of course! Way back when at Wanna orphanage in Ethiopia. Continuing this year with giving donations instead of Christmas gifts, we are giving the money that we would have spent on presents to the scholarship fund for Adoption Advocates International orphanage workers in Ethiopia. This program allows caregivers to continue their schooling regarding care of the children and basic education. These women have been so important to us and to Bec that we wanted to give back to them which also helps all future adoptees and adoptive parents.
Happy New Year to us all in 2007. We love you guys.

Many of our staff members in Ethiopia wish to further their education but simply are unable to do so because of lack of financial support. Contributions to this fund go directly to pay the costs of further education such as nursing school for our child care workers, further education classes for our teachers, and accounting education for our office workers

God Bless you all. That was such a great idea. I am so proud of your generosity. There could never be enough money to show the thanks we all feel in our hearts for the wonderful gift of Bec. I am so grateful for all you children from the oldest to the youngest. You are all the greatest gifts any human can have. Blessed are the children.
