Well, Bec has been diagnosed with his very first double ear infection. Ivy had tubes by the time she was 8 months so I think that we are off to a pretty good start. But, this is the sickest that I have ever seen him. After two minor bouts of pneumonia that he soared through, this time he is sick! Fevers every night and he sleeps most of the day, but barely eats. He started his antibiotics yesterday so I'm hoping he turns the corner tomorrow.
With a sick baby I haven't been able to be far from his favorite chair with him laying right on me. I called Chris tonight at 645 and said, "I just need a little space." Having my body to myself for a few minutes feels like a relief. Bec is enjoying time in his highchair with his dad in the kitchen. Ivy is enjoying a late Christmas gift from a girlfriend of mine. It is a little "laptop" and she has been playing with it for about a half of an hour. It is peaceful for the minute and I'll take it with both hands.
I have gotten a little bit of reading done, but nothing special yet to report.

OYE! Double ear infection, that's a doozey. i hope Bec starts to feel better soon. They do get clingy when they are sick, don't they? Mine is going through a leg grabbing stage, it make for an interesting bathroom visit.LOL!
